Yesterday our Boston turned 3. Thanks to commercials, he knew exactly the present he wanted and also knew that he wanted to go bowling for the big day. So we invited the cousins and went to a bowling alley and then the park for pizza, cake and presents. We even had another cousin visiting Utah from Oregon, so all the boy cousins from one side of the family were there!
He picked out his cake, as we didn't have time to make anything spectacular with all the moving and prep for moving. At the store, they had sports cakes, Thomas cake, etc, but he was sure he wanted this one that looks like ants are eating a watermelon. BOYS!!!
